Quick Look: Throwback: Power Stone 2

Epic.  Now I want to play this now.  I have the PSP one.  Wish I had the DC version.  :(

Man, this was a great game. I really hope the make a current generation version.

As everyone else has said, this is one of my favorites of all time and would make a great XBLA rerelease. The graphics even still look all right.

Yeah, this was one of the best DC games.  They need to bring this back on XBLA.

My favorite fighting game ever. (SF4 is the best though)

This is one of the funner looking games I've seen in all these Dreamcast QLs.

I could not tell what was happening the whole time.

I would buy a psn or 360 release of this in a second. As long as they don't change a thing. Maybe make it 1080p... if they can't, who cares.

I wish you guys had shown off some of the weapon crafting system - I spent a long time mixing and matching to make the best weapons appear.
 
Granted, this was easily one of my top 3 games from the Dreamcast.  Thanks for the memories.

Someone needs to get this on XBLA, or better yet, update it and put it out on both XBLA and PSN.

Definitely the best of the Dreamcast QLs.

 One of the best games on the Dreamcast.  I'd put it in my top three with Toy Commander and Skies of Arcadia.

this game is pretty much a crazy brawl match with all the crazy items and chaos but in a 3d plane... and with smash balls constantly appearing. :o

The anime wasn't as good from what I remember.
But I played a lot of the games.

You know, for how often all these guys play video games, they are pretty terrible at them. 

I really hope they revive that series.

It's okay, Vinny.  I never had a Dreamcast either.  :(

Interesting but it just doesn't have the same charm as Super Smash Bros. does for me.

This is the first time I've ever seen Power Stone and I'm impressed. There's a good opportunity for this to succeed via download services or for the Wii.

This looks like a hell of a lot of fun. Get this on XBLA and I'm buying it!

I adore the Power Stone games.  I hope they are included when Sega get serious about releasing Dreamcast games on PSN and XBL.

Never played it, but I like what I'm seeing here! ^_^

I hated the original game. It was a crappy beat em up and the guy who won was the one to get his hands on the Power Stones first. Basically all you did was hide, wait for them to spawn, grab em all, win.

Seems like Power Stone 2 wasn't quite as bad as that but my memories of the first game put me off for good.
