Quick Look: Ugly Americans: Apocalypsegeddon

its 3:03pm for me and they recoreded this at 3:03pm :O

this looks like one of those games where you're bored with your friends, try the demo and end up buying it, play through it completely, and then regret your purchase, all in the same 24 hours.

Yeah the show is way better than this could ever hope to be, oh well no biggie in the grand scheme of things.

The show is pretty great. This is exactly not what to do with that property.

I was expecting a 2d side scrolling brawler with the show's art style. Free adult swim games would be more fun than this.

What an unexciting shooter.

I love how we now live in a time when games are nothing more than the same crappy flash games from a decade ago that are now being packaged and sold.

one of the artists from this cartoon makes a video game related webomic which is pretty good

the lil story how this dude got his pokemon is still one of best of hers.

I think the greatest disservice you can do to a comedy show is to create something that quotes the jokes of the show INFINITE TIMES.

Be it a game, a soundboard or a fan of the show.

This game reminds me of Beavis and Butthead but not in a good way.

I find it a little funny that when questioned GiantBomb will say that it gets to cover what it wants unlike other sites due in part to its limited size and resources, yet someone chose to devout time to this crappy game.   
 
Who decided that this obviously awful and licensed game deserved a Quick Look? 
 
Perhaps you guys need to select more carefully how to use your limited time and resources.

This game does a great disservice to the Ugly Americans name. Would've been better suited for Facebook.

Reminds me of the Dilbert desktop games of olde. Probably equally unwanted.

Never watched the show, and the game does not look interesting to me at all

Why do we still live in an age where games have repetitive dialogue that loops, developers should at least know that players will grow quickly bored and tired of it.

C-teams can't make adventure games. Adventure games would require writers from the show and voice acting from the show where a shooter requires a free weekend to gather up soundclipsfrom the show taken out of context.

I actually like this show. It's weird that Jeff & Ryan don't seem to know about it; guess they don't watch Futurama on Com Central (since that's the lead-in for Ugly Americans). But I was never clamoring for the UA merchandise sh*t storm to begin, to be honest. And a twin stick shooter - especially a licensed one - is something I'm pretty sure I'll be avoiding.  I can totally understand being turned off by the art style though - that's totally fair. It is not a pretty show. Or even charmingly terrible (like South Park or Home Movies or something)
 
Now it's time to actually WATCH the video though - maybe this game is amazing?
