Well they are making a sequel to Gunz, so there's that right?

Yea I am really getting tired of it too. Especially since other pairings have much more entertaining chemistry. It's a huge bummer.

I thought I was the only guy who liked that game. I love how it 100% of how good that game turned out was how you could gubb out the movement and kinda fly around. Man, i practiced that alot, (butterflying i think it was called).

There's actually a game called "Warface". It's a f2p player vs player military FPS from Crytek and Trion Worlds, currently in beta.

With all the F2P games they've shown of lately (this, Mechwarrior Online, Hawken and a few others) it's a shame that Blacklight: Retribution was completely overlooked from last year. Yes it's a multi-player FPS but it's really well done with several unique hooks. I've played over 60 hours of it and haven't put any money in to it. I'd easily suggest it and with no up front cost, you've got nothing to lose.

...but it's still an FPS. I've played a butt-load of paid-for FPSs and I've tried plenty of F2P FPSs, some that are actually much better conceptually and in gameplay than anything out there, but a certain point, fatigue sets in, at least for me. Put the dot on the guy and hold the left mouse button until his bar goes down to zero can get old very quickly.

Yes, I think Patrick was aware of that and had genuinely confused the two games. I don't think he was joking, he just seemed oblivious until Jeff corrected him.

@rohay: I'd say it's pretty different. At this point there was none of the parkour stuff, no mod system, no stealth kills, no polarities, nowhere near as many weapons, no pets and a bunch of fixes and changes in update 7+ alone. Update 8 will add clan stuff which sounds awesome too.

Wow this game has changed a ton.

Fun to see what this game used to be, so much has changed for the better.
