You also forgot to mention the best fight sequence in the game, Liu Kang vs Reptile.

I love this movie, into to this day. But then again, I love the old Saturday Morning Kung Fu Theater Movies too. So yeah

I always thought that MORTAL KOMBAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was a fun game but the movie looks chessy.

Overdid the Mortal Kombat thing a bit, oh well. Regardless, this is still the best video game movie made to date, I need to see it again.

Yea this was a surprisingly good movie.  The 2nd movie was much worse, it felt much cheaper in every way.

That's the type of editing I love.

I really like the first movie.  I saw it with in the last few months again and it's still a lot of fun.  And Sonya (Bridgette Wilson) is still a whole lotta sexy.  Did you know she is married to tennis legend Pete Sampras? Too bad the sequel turned into a steaming pile of donkey crap.

And SpiritOf, thanks for the dance track.  I love that song, it's so damned vapidly trashy, ridiculously cheesy fun. 

Great TANG, guys!  I never noticed this until now, but am I the only one that thinks the guy screaming "MORTAL KOMBAT!!!"  sounds a little like Vinny?

Damn, this episode felt way too busy with the clip edits. Also, I think there was more MORTAL COMBAT! screaming than actual review. agh, It...It's still ringing in my ears...

I've never seen this movie but it sounds like it could actually be a good investment of time.  I may have to check it out.  Also, great editing of the video.

Still a great video game movie and it's pretty fun to watch. That line by Vinny at the end was hilarious,lol!

The second movie was terrible.  All the characters from the original movie die within the first five minutes because the budget was too small to hire the actors again.

Yeah, I'm a fan. I even like the quasi-hippie Christopher Lambert Raiden, if anything it's easier to take than the obnoxious place they tried to take the character in recent games. And Goro is passable considering the time that puppet was made.

Actually Goro is very intelligent. He is a prince after all. You just never see him act very intelligently because the only time we see him is when he's fighting and roaring at you.

     Man, I owned both of the Mortal Kombat movies as a kid and I've been anxiously waiting for this TANG.  You should save the MK2 movie for a low newsweek or something because it isn't half as good.

I laughed - a lot - at the editing at 5:35. Nice, very nice. The "MORTAL KOMBAT!" every twenty seconds got annoying pretty fast, but I guess that was the point.
