Yeah I probably phrased that wrong. I think the things that you'll say, "wow neat!" about get old quickly, but the subtle user experience things are always kinda nice.

You'd have to be kind of a knob to still be going "wow neat!" about known features of your phone, after about a week.

The discussion on what the next consoles could bring was interesting. I remember what I believe was a Tested podcast that had Michael Pachter and Mark Rein on it where the latter made some very interesting points about what the games press usually overlooks. If I recall correctly, he pointed out that more processing power doesn't only allow for more graphical fidelity and higher player counts, but would also enable better standards for AI routines, physics operations and more persistent rendering of objects in the world, among other things. Of course, PCs are already capable of that stuff but increasing the standards on the lower end of the spectrum should allow for the PC platform to push forward a bit more.

The PS3 got auto online game saves back in August 2011.

@Pudge: Guy doesn't seem to actively take great care of himself (drinking water regularly) or wear much clothing beyond a polo and shorts. It's not too surprising. He also traveled to Maxis a couple weeks ago so he might have picked up something there.

It's also the end of the flu season in the States so there are going to be a lot of folks sick, especially in cooler areas (i.e. Northern Cali).
