I'm not normally that into multiplayer shooters, but I'm really anxious to check Titanfall out.

If anything would push me to get an XBOX One it's this. Excited to watch.

Looks boring as fuck just another multiplayer shooter with new gimmicks. I just bought an xb1 and might not even gamefly it.

Man, this game looks awesome!

All the movement stuff seems really cool, and it might be enough to get me to play this at some point. Conversely the Titans themselves are the thing that kinda put me off: I think they're a really cool idea, just not something that particularly appeals to me. But it's great that this really does look like a fairly unique experience. And those Titan-mount animations are fantastic.

If you're offering beef bowls, however, there will be no hesitation from me.

@y2ken: I think the reason Titanfall will be successful is that you don't really need to play as a Titan, you can have it be your guard dog, basically. That way it appeals to the casual COD gamers and the more tactically-minded mech lovers and older people whose reaction time has gotten worse over the years.

Uhhhh, so is its UT3:Black but Titan is a mech suit.

I was excited for this but now it just seems kind of boring.

I have this feeling that I will play Titanfall a bunch when it first comes out, get bored quick and never play the sequels ever again because it will be mostly the same stuff with a lot of people who played it so much, I don't stand much of a chance and won't have fun.

Ok i think this looks incredibly boring. Everything regarding the look, colors, level design and just the general art direction and animations, gunplay and UI looks the same as CoD and i've grown so tired of that style of shooter. The titans and jetpack are not enough to differentiate it.

Seriously everything outside the titans and jetpack looks so similar that activision could just put mechs and jetpacks of their own in the next CoD and it would look indistinguishable from this. This just looks super bland.

For the price asked I'm not convinced at freaking all, and I've won knife fights defending the qualities of MW1 and MW2. I love my OG IW.

I was actually excited for this game, but looking at this just made me realize how it's just the same shit all over again. People have been talking about how great all the mech stuff is and the parkour etc to the point that I actually hadn't realized like 80% of the game is still just COD. And all the stuff with map size/player count/bots isn't exactly making it more enticing.

I dunno if it's harder for titans to see dudes shooting rockets at them, but I've never gotten off that many rockets before tanks in Battlefield decide I shouldn't shoot them anymore...

This game would *really* benefit from destructible environments. I guess Titanfall 2 on Frostbite 3 or 4 sounds reasonably plausible.

MAN. Titanfall looks so fucking good but the AI bots everywhere are really bumming me out. This game would've been so tight if you made the maps a bit smaller and removed the bots.

That's actually what I use too. VLC has tons of great features, but it would stutter often playing DVD files (probably mostly due to my shitty ancient CPU). But MPC-HC never gives me that problem.

Hopefully they'll QL that one soon. ;)

@pr1mus: Have to admit, after watching this video I feel like I've had my Titanfall fill without even needing to play it. To be fair online shooters aren't much my thing anyway, but I agree its style and concept is pretty uninspired. Will satisfy COD fans nonetheless which is the main point I suppose.

It's really not crap. Plays videos pretty damn well.

Yeah based off the game modes in the beta, the bots seem even more pointless then Creeps in DOTA. Last hitting isn't fun, but at least the creeps actually did something and weren't just there to make you feel good for getting kills lol

I just don't understand the decision to make huge maps with a ton of stupid ai dudes, and then make the player count only 6 vs 6.

The rumors that the 360 version is a lot closer to the xbone version than you'd think have made it so I might check it out on 360, but idk, as soon as the 1st actual match started it just made me realize it looks so much like COD.

I am excited for a new kind of game but was not impressed by this game. I hope Destiny is good.

16 or 32 titans on one map sounds completly impossible to manage.
