Thing about track mania is that I never really got into the multiplayer stuff. I only really played single player. But when ever they put out the ultimate bundle for track mania 2 on steam for like $20 ill probably buy it.

I love how the cast talks about Castlevania like they know something but can't recognize Vampire Killer.

Yeah, it's almost as if we try to keep the game audio low so it doesn't bleed over the microphones or something. But surely that couldn't be the case!

If old NBA players played in the modern NBA they wouldn't be able to play more than like 15 minutes a game, and would be practically useless on defense. Crafty veteran tricks will only get you so far in a league full of young gunners.

Well that no skeletons comment was a bit ironic, considering the last 2-3 hours of the game.

Great that Vinnie persistently puts LoS forth in these. It's not exactly a great game, but that epilogue is easily worth a play through. It's nice to see some less than stellar favorites every now and then.

It doesn't come off in these videos of course, but the game has this surprising atmosphere of melancholy, even in the most action packed scenes. It's a quite interesting approach for this genre.

Anyone know how to access that GiantBomb BBS? Can't find the Telnet IP.

I agree with jeff about Metroid Prime. I didn't like it that much. It was... hard to see anything.

Super Metroid is one of my favorite games ever though. I just beat it again. Also I think Sakamoto has been with the series since the original.

Man, Dawn of Sorrow was the most anime of all the Castlevania games. They actually cranked it back a bit for PoR and especially Order of Ecclesia. That one just had a great artstyle, really moody and dark. Also by far the most challenging Castlevania on the DS, which is a good thing. Growing up with Castlevania III as one of my favorite games I want my Castlevanias to be hard.

I'm convinced Drew can do no wrong.

3 on GBA: Circle of the Moon, Harmony of Dissonance, Aria of Sorrow

3 on DS: Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, Order of Ecclasia

And I'm with Jeff about Metroid Prime. Nothing about it appealed to me in the least bit. I hated fighting enemies and everything about the controls felt weird. Super Metroid is fine. It's still fun but I never want to fight anything in Metroid games. I'd rather just run past everything.

And did Jeff shave his legs? Showin' of them gams.

Drew really needs to play Homeworld. The stand-alone expansion for it, Homeworld Cataclysm improves greatly on how the game controls and plays. Homeworld 2 improves on it even further and just looks amazing even on todays standards, but HW2 was a little simplified. Most consider Cataclysm to be the best in the series and it's also one of the few RTS series that actually has a pretty good story.
