Gotta say though, Trine 3 does not look as fun as the others. I like that they are trying something new, but I don't think the 3D environments with the 2D perspective works very well. It looks kind of tedious trying to constantly guess if you are on the right plane or not to jump on a platform.

Goes to show that competetive/cooperative games just work the best for these kinds of segments. Always a fun watch. Part of it comes from Dan's glee and excitement whenever he has the chance to beat someone in something of course.

Yup, Trine still looks really lame. Gameplay-wise, of course.

Man, the moment Dan described 'Scrubs' as a shitty hospital comedy honestly broke my heart. The things that series did with/for comedy AND drama, as well as their achievements in single-camera cinematography, are best in class.

Perhaps I'll have to qualify it as a "guilty" pleasure, but I enjoy watching Immortals. Greek Mythology, as told by way of 300 and Fashion Week. Crazy, imaginative style over substance.

The Fall, on the other hand, I genuinely consider a great film. A top 10 for me.

Other than those two, I've not seen any other Tarsem Singh films.

that was a pretty great episode, final segment was fantastic!

The Fall got by on some amazing visuals for me, story not so much. Got really ham-fisted and melodramatic. Best thing to come out of it was when someone synced it up to Massive Attack's Paradise Circus.

Don't remember much of The Cell other than it also looking really fantastic.
