Ahh the Brad multiplayer smack talk, always and without fail the precursor to a horrendous loss and extreme levels of Salty attitude.

For some reason the Titanic game makes me think of that Encarta interactive maze game.

Really curious to how that Titanic game was animated because it reminds me a lot of Archer.

I remember really liking that Titanic game as a kid, just going around exploring the ship from a historical aspect seemed so cool. The endgame consists of beating down the bad guy inside a smokestack! Never thought I'd see this game ever again, much less here on GB.

Did Giant Bomb just make a reference to Dragonball Z The AbridgedSeries with that Mr Popo impression? I wasn't expecting that.

Yeah, but coming off Dark Souls 2 it feels like all fog doors are just doors to bosses. Haha. I remember getting into trouble with that because I was totally like "There can't be another boss behind here, I fought one five minutes ago."

But that Titanic game was amazing! Probably some of the creepiest animation I've ever seen.

Wow, I remember playing that Titanic game when I was a kid! Pretty sure I didn't know you could talk to people since all I did was stand around waiting to see if the ship would sink if you took too long.

If you play BBB again I reckons you should turn off the ring-out penalty to stop it being 0-0 nearly every time :)

I think the default values do the game a bit of a disservice since most new players will score at most 2 points and then soon after be back to 0-0. I think the trick might be to jack up the scores for a goal or yeah eliminate the ring-out penalty.

Yeah I think taking a second or two to re-spawn is penalty enough, allowing the other team a better chance to score and all.

Loved the fireworks conversation... good fireworks are so much fun. Our local shady guy used to traffic the good shit into NY. It was insanely fun to get a giant variety box of crazy, different shit. It's a blast just to see what each does and there's some really novel, clever stuff out there that we in nanny states never get to see. Those flying capsule-discs Drew mentioned were crazy because for me they'd either work phenomenally well, zipping straight up and emitting dazzling colored fountains and reports, or it'd just instantly DETONATE on the ground. The explosion was so much more than you'd expect, and cannot be safe at all... that's what's fun!

Oh shit Titanic. The people were as scary then as they are now. Made for a great "something very bad is about to happen" atmosphere though. Also introduced me to the Rubaiyat and Omar Khayyam. Adventure games, always educational! I have learned an alarming amount of history from games, and even how to do base 8 and base 16 math (Rama).

@meansoup: I think Bennett Foddy (the designer) used to be a professor there or something.

I just realized that Barabariball's scoring system is like tries in football. You can go for the easy 1-pointer (falling with the ball) or try for a full 2-point run.

I'm so glad @drewbert didn't play Still Life. I really enjoyed it but it's not a UPF friendly game. It is a very serious and atmospheric point and click adventure game.

One of the very first areas in Dark Souls 2 has like 5 or so fog doors in a row with no bosses behind them.
