I disagree. I would say spell is a concept within a concept, in this case, magic. I think we need to define whether or not a spell is an object or not, to me, something like "fire spell" seems like a concept as well. Object seems to be an idea encompassing physical entitites, while concept I feel would be the appropriate designation for elemental or otherwise, such as a spell.
