    You do have to pay monthly fees. This shouldn't be an "if" question it should be will you pay the monthly fee.

    Sorry for the typo. If you can't understand it when you glanced at it, it's supposed to be "if" instead of "of".

    Some folks have pointed out all the talk about microtransactions in the EULA of the Beta.  
     
    I dunno, if you think about how some games have done their DLC lately, Fallout 3 was almost a MMO and Dragon Age seems even moreso like a MMO.  
     
    It's certainly not impossible to do a fee-based MMO that isn't on a monthly pay structure.  
     
    Again, I paid 40 bucks for new Fallout3 content over the course of a year, but I wasn't locked into paying on the first of every month.
