       This extended trailer was released as the final unlockable reward from Blizzard Entertainment's Join the Dominion! promotional site. As people took the Dominion army entrance exam, submitted propaganda in an art contest, and shared the site and content with their friends on Facebook, over 20 rewards were unlocked.     I've always thought it was too generic. Nobody's gonna remember it years down the road. It's just gonna be Starcraft 2: part 1, 2 and 3.

    Great CGI trailer that proves, yet again, that Blizzard have some great talent putting these amazing cinematic trailers together. Makes you wish they'd produce a short film doesn't it?
     
    The only thing I felt from this trailer was the disappointment knowing StarCraft 2 is an RTS and not some 3rd or 1st person shooter. The time for Blizzard to reconsider their position on StarCraft Ghost is now. Give the people what they want!
     
    Who wouldn't love to get some action as a Terran Marine etc playing online with their buddies on the front line of a Zerg rush? With the way games are handling graphics, performance and online connectivity there would be a great market for it. Surely there is room for both an RTS & Shooter within the StarCraft universe?

    This is an RTS right? Like I played StarCraft and everything, but, damn! Color me impressed! 
    I'm really excited to see how the new single-player design affects the entire game, this looks like a great stride forward.

    @vidiot: I'm still debating, what to do first...placements or story.  I want to be placed into a ladder ASAP, but man...this trailer makes me want to play the story.   
     
    Try to place into at least Gold, or find out what happens and how the Zerg story will progress in a couple years.  GAH!  6 MORE DAYS!  6 LONG DAY!

    The official answer is because I have to be out of this house and moved into my new one by Monday, and blizzard realized that Starcraft was getting in the way of my packing.

    ...you know that won't be well until 2014 right?  Even if you give Blizzard 2 years for each standalone...that means at the earliest it would be 2014 but even then, I think Blizzard would wait one year after the Protoss game is out.  So 2015 being realistic.  >.>

    There are no standalone games other than Wings of Liberty. Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void are both expansion packs.
