Street Fighter IV
Game » consists of 9 releases. Released Jul 18, 2008
After nearly a decade in hiatus, Capcom's signature mainline fighting game series resurfaces with its fourth main installment, combining the traditional 2D gameplay with modern fully-3D graphics.
I would punch a sickly puppy if this happened to me.

I've had this happen to me before, it was unbelieveable!
It wouldn't matter in this case here but I hate the fact that some special moves only 'end' (for the lack of a better word) the clock on the final hit even if the guy had 1% health when you started. Like Zangief here, instead of it killing an enemy on the first it, you have to sit through 6 more seconds of animation until the clock stops and the round's over. All special moves should stop the clock the second all the healthbar's gone, like Sagat or Ryu's ultras, for instance.
It's true, Gief has such a high damage resistance and high damage moves because he needs to get in close in order to do that damage." That's how Zangief was designed to win. Very rarely do I win with him in some whirlwind victory. I'm usually at almost no health and then I grab the motherfucker with a maximum ULTRA and take the remaining 60% of his life bar. And then they disconnect. "
It's not all that hard to keep him away, so it stands to reason that he should be given the opportunity to do huge damage when he finally gets there. The difference is scrubs don't mind little blocks of damage flying throughout the match, they dislike the idea that you can do it all at once (despite the fact if you look over the time it took to get into position to do that, the damage to time ratio is probably the same or worse) so the fuckers disconnect. It's lame.
Edit: Wow, that video was harsh, the Gief player deserved the win there. Ouch :P
I've also had this happen, as cheap as it feels, I have no problem letting the timer run out in the middle of someone's ultra.
Man this actually happend to me today. I was in the middle of Gen ultra and the time ran out. I still won the round cause it did enough before the time ran out. It was also a casual match so it was all good anyways. We got a laugh.
At first I thought, "Great, another empty jump-in Zangief Ultra, big woop"
...but then the LULZ came! HAHAHAHAHA XD
