Better quality, Juri v. T. Hawk!
oh man, I really like the look of Juri.... she seems to be a bit c.viperish with her spinny ex moves
edit... ahhh actually that just looks like a special move... looks awesoem either way
" You weren't kidding. Juri looks noob friendly, the guy just kept spamming combo moves. "And that's why she seems noob friendly? You could just see a video of a Gen repetitively spamming his Super and it would be the same thing. That doesn't mean he's noob friendly at all. And even then, you say it as if it's a bad thing, which it is not.
After watching the video, I gotta say T. Hawks ultra is pretty lame. And that repeated "fireworks" phrase got annoying fast.
" @marioncobretti: i really like the look of her as well...her ultra was pretty cool looking "That's up there with Bison's Nightmare Booster in terms of brutality.
I always thought it was funny, some characters Ultra are just them saying, "Here we go!" or some other generic phrase and you have guys like M. Bison and Akuma being all like, "I'm going to murder you!"
" @Jolly_Lolly said:I just wana see Juri's time limited ultra, hopes its better than just more damage or defence. Increased range on all her special moves would be good, like boosted psyhco power." After watching the video, I gotta say T. Hawks ultra is pretty lame. And that repeated "fireworks" phrase got annoying fast. "Remember, there are 2 Ultras per character now. "
god damn these videos!... They make me want to play more SFIV at a time when I should be only excited for the barrage of new releases around the corner.
Is it me or was SSFIV the only game that really had any impact out of TGS (i know its released a few days after but im sure journalists saw it during) is a reiteration on an existing game..
@Scooper: YAY dee jay.... i dont think ive been this excited for a update too a game for a long time
" @fenixREVOLUTION said:Nothing I love more than being Hawk Dived and Hawk Slammed to death.....yup...this is gonna be a fun game now." @Diamond said:Racists. "" I hattteeeee T Hawwwwwwwwwwwwwk "I really cannot agree with you enough. "
" Maybe you guys can just fucking relax and wait until we get closer to release time? Or are you just going to waltz into every thread on the SSFIV board and talk a lot of shit? "The second thing you said.
No game is beyond being talked shit of. I am very disappointed with the mere inclusion of T Hawk in the game.
" After watching the video, I gotta say T. Hawks ultra is pretty lame. And that repeated "fireworks" phrase got annoying fast. "That was the new announcer. They had ultra's and supers on refill so every time they filled up the announcer said one of those phrases. In a real game you won't hear that nearly as often.
" @Napalm said:Fair point. I couldn't shut the fuck up about the art direction when the first screens of Street Fighter IV were released." I was very pissed that day.
I thought all of you were joking around about the trailer that was posted here, since the one I saw earlier on GB didn't have any new characters in it....
....but holy shit! Now I'm psyched!
" @ryanwho said:Um no. If you can spam a move and successfully fend off a better player with the spam move, that character is noob friendly just like shotos. No shit you can spam with every character." You weren't kidding. Juri looks noob friendly, the guy just kept spamming combo moves. "And that's why she seems noob friendly? Yeah those roman numerals next to the ultra lead me to believe you do have to select an ultra before the match. T. Hawk is awesome, Dee Jay is even more awesome, Juri has a mad long ultra animation.

I can see me picking Gen and the game being like "SELECT YOUR ULTRA!" and then ill pick one. Then the game goes "PICK ANOTHER!" Crazy stuff right there.
I really don't like T. Hawk. At all. However, Juri's moves look kind of cool even if her character design looks like some sort of bizarro hooker.
Pick another!" @lordofultima said:

Alright. *select*
Pick another!!
Uh... okay. *select*
PICK ANOTHER!!!
DUDE, WTF.
" @FluxWaveZ said:If you noticed, the Ultra meter and the Super meter were set on refill. Meaning, any character played by those means would be able to spam their super repetitively and fend off the enemy. Imagine just spamming Balrog's Super because his meter is infinite. That's why in real matches, your super meter is not always full. Her normals were not above average in power at all. So I really don't know what you are talking about." @ryanwho said:Um no. Goddamn I hate the whole selecting supers thing. Within a week everyone will know which ones are best and that's all we'll see so it doesn't really matter.
T.Hawks ultra looks damaging as hell, or Juri is a low health character. Also Juri's super looked like it sucks, but her Ultra was awesome.
