Bekenstein was the first planet to be colonized by humans after the First Contact War. It produces high-end entertainment and luxury goods for the nearby Citadel.
Charon is the largest natural satellite of Pluto. In Mass Effect, Charon was actually a mass relay encased in ice and orbiting Pluto.
Citadel space is the seemingly vast region of the galaxy occupied by species that acknowledge the Citadel's power, though it truly only encompasses about 1% of explored space.
Earth is a rocky planet orbiting the Sun, and the homeworld of Humanity. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy defines Earth as "mostly harmless."
A beautiful and peaceful human colony that lies at the edge of citadel space
King of Planets, Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system. Around it orbits a host of smaller objects, some of which rival or exceed many of the terroid planets in size.
The fourth planet from the sun, it's proven a popular location for the demons of hell to vacation. Mars is best known as the setting for the Doom franchise as well as being an actual planet in our solar system.
Mercury is the closest planet to the sun and is found in many video games such as Blast Corps and Buck Rogers: Countdown to Doomsday
Neptune is one of the planets in our Solar System
Pluto is a dwarf planet in the Solar System's Kuiper Belt
Saturn, the ringed gas giant planet.
Between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter lies a sparse collection of debris which may have once been a forming planet. Among the objects in the belt is the dwarf planet Ceres, which is approximately 900km in diameter.
The Sun is a yellow dwarf star in the Milky Way Galaxy. The Earth orbits the Sun, and it is also the closest star to Earth. It radiates light. This light, along with Earth's rotation, causes day and night as it is known on Earth. Don't stare at it too long.
The Citadel is a location found in the Mass Effect series. It is the Center of Galactic civilization. It is here where the leading races in the Mass Effect universe are represented and discuss galactic subjects. The Citadel is maintained by a small mystical alien race known as the Keepers.
This quaint, barred-spiral galaxy is home to hundreds of billions of stars and is centered around a supermassive black hole. Located somewhere in the inner-rim of the Orion Arm, Earth is merely a speck of dust in this immense celestial cloud.
The Moon (Latin: Luna) is Earth's only natural satellite and the fifth largest moon in the Solar System.
Uranus is one of the planets in our Solar System
Venus, the second inner most planet in the solar system.
