    After playing a bit it's fantastic, I love the KOTH map, the new losing animations but best of all the game runs so smooth (apparently the improved the netcode). The hats are fantastic too, check them out:

    Valve has no class! Seriously though, I'm going to try out this new update right now. Want to get a few hats, and can't wait to try out King of the Hill.

    Don't know about that, that health they take away is hard too swallow. Also they fucked the achievement with the ubers and I have not got it yet >:(

    It's awesome, yes. KotM (KotH?) is pretty fun, but too short, imo. I had the idea that once you got control of the point you had to keep it for 3 minutes then when you lost it your timer reset back to 3 minutes... I kinda wish it was like that.  
     
    And the hats are rare as fuck so those won't really matter. 
     
    New CP map is cool too.

    Lol, I could't disagree more. I guess it's the way you use it. I almost solely use the stun on ubers, because that's where it's the most useful. This throws that out of the window completely. Also, how in the hell do they take away 30 from the Scouts health? He's gonna die if someone looks at him the wrong way now. Oh well, time to get back to the regular bat. At least that has a better taunt. ;P

    @Seedofpower: So do I, though I don't play TF2 nearly as much as I used to. I'll probably make a sojourn into the new KotH mode.

    No but I fucking love the artwork they used for this image.  I wonder if they snuck any other things like that into the game.  I'd love a couple more rediculous items to stick on my guys.   Also I love the new CP map, very wide open and great for scouts.
     
    Also is it just me or does the game run super smooth now?  From what I remember I used to get about 30 fps but now it's closer to 40.
