One thing that strikes me is that there are no item icons or thumbnails to speak of. The way it works here feels more like scrolling through a list of links a la Wikipedia than rummaging through your backpack. And the look is less like Elder Scrolls and more like Gran Turismo. Wtf.
Yeah, it's just the UI. Just the UI that you'll be using for hundreds of hours.
