Full Perk List
Nice post...not clicking anything cause I want to find these out in game but nice post none the less.
Block seems really powerful. Won't post what the perks are but they seem really useful, especially if you are gonna be up in dude's faces.
Ouch. The perk that lets you move faster in Heavy Armor is behind extra unarmed damage and reduced falling damage. Well, that sucks for people who want to spec in that direction.
Otherwise, some of these high-level perks seem really powerful. 15x Damage with Daggers on sneak attacks? Yes please. Even most of the Lockpick tree seems fairly useful.
Thanks. I also really don't understand how someone could consider these a spolier... I mean, they're just game mechanics. Would the default keyboard layout be a spoiler too?
I mean, if your ability to see these was slowly doled out over the course of the game, then I might understand. But it isn't. All of the information here will be instantly available in the menus as soon as you start the game.
@Obsidian: Agreed. Though I wouldn't be against taking a look at the spell list which I'm sure most of you would consider a spoiler.
They couldn't just use the line function instead of drawing a bunch of squiggly lines with the cursor between everything? Seems to me like that even would have been easier. Well, whatever.
I'm a little bummed out to read that conjured creatures still have durations now, though at least the overcharge does increase the duration, and the perks for conjuration seem pretty good. Being able to summon at a distance from you, for instance, will be very nice for the sneaky conjurer who likes to send minions after enemies from the shadows. I loved doing that in Oblivion, but the summoning distance limit made it tricky at times.
Having looked these over a bit, I figure I'll be focusing heavily on Archery, Conjuration, Illusion, and Sneak, with a more minor focus on Destruction (for the runes, mostly). I'll probably dabble in some other things a bit as some of their perks seem highly useful in general. Restoration for the magicka regeneration, Pickpocketing for the carrying capacity, Lockpicking for the lockpick stealth and the wax key, and maybe some Speech (depends a lot on how the game handles speech checks).
Err... Where is Hand to Hand? There no Hand to Hand perks? Well, if so, guess my Wizard won't know Kung Fu then.

They took it out, I assume it's now governed mostly by strength though I've read that some hand-to-hand-esque skills are peppered throughout. If you level up heavy armor there are a few hand-to-hand skills, like using gauntlets offensively. http://i.imgur.com/SqCiX.jpg Also the Khajiit get a hand to hand bonus from their claws I think.
Now I can spend the next 7 days planning my progression.
