I saw the trailer last night and it looked unique enough that I decided to buy it.

I'll be playing it as soon as I  get the chance.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I just played the demo, and maybe I wasn't listening, but I couldn't find that key at the beginning. I want to get it at some point, because I can tell it'll be a nice experience.

The trailer did a good job at pulling my heartstrings and got me pretty interested months back. I played the demo recently and had a pretty enjoyable experience. I need to pick it up soon.

Haven't played it, but I've ran across some articles about it a few times.  Probably something I should get.

Definitely interested in the game, but I had bad experiences with Plimus in the past, and won't buy it through them. :/ Also, the price seemed a few dollars to high for what it's offering.

If the game finds it's way to Steam or Humble Bundle / Indie Royale though it's going to be a different story.

I just finished it today. The soundtrack is incredible, and the story is emotional without getting overly sentimental. I don't think it needed to be a video game, though. There are other games, like Passage and Digital: A Love Story, that use the interactive elements of the medium to better serve the story. The gameplay in To The Moon feels unnecessary, though. I feel like the story would be more at home in a novel.

You should definitely play it, even though it didn't need to be a game. It's one of my favorite stories, regardless of medium.

@notdavid: From the little I played of it, it seems like a visual novel would be a better fit for this game even though I am still thoroughly enjoying it. People don't seem to want to play those outside of Japan though.

    Yup. Beat it. Loved it.

I'm glad it was at least mentioned in the GotY Deliberations, even though none of them actually played it, which is rather disappointing.

It looks really good, Once I get burned out on all the big name games I can pick it up. I like it when unique games come out for cheap.

This game manages to address big subjects like love, death, mental illness and regret in a fairly adult and intelligent fashion without ever becoming overly dour or serious. It's the closest I've seen to a game version of "Up". Definitely worth your time.

Just played straight through this. In-fucking-credible. It was an absolute page turner. I feel emotionally drained. The games that can pull that of can be counted with one hand. Really only Half-Life Ep 2 comes to mind, maybe Heavy Rain at some extent although not to the end. What if games had good stories? That's pretty mind-blowing. Wow, what an experience.
