    Overview

    Underworld is a town in Fallout 3 that can be found in the Museum of History. The Underworld is a safe haven for Ghouls who are often outcast and shunned from the majority of towns and locales populated by humans, or as the Ghouls call them, "Smoothskins." There are the usual services to be found in Underworld such as a Clinic, a boutique and a bar. There are a few quests that take the player to Underworld, such as "Reilly's Rangers." The Ghouls in the town can be fairly nasty or nice to the player, depending on how they treat the Ghouls and speak to them.
