Tedious, contrived, repetitive stealth mechanics make this a game you should try your best to hide from.

Velvet Assassin is a stealth action game which was inspired by a real life World War II secret agent Violette Szabo.
The protagonist of World War II stealth thriller Velvet Assassin, is Violette Summer. Summer is actually loosely based on real WWII war hero Violette Szabo. Summers is a woman that loses her husband to the Nazis, only weeks after having their first child. Wanting revenge, she signs up with the British Spy Network, also known as the Special Operations Executive. The story is told through flashbacks, as Violette lies dying in a hospital bed. Players will play through several missions in Europe in famous cities like Warsaw. Missions will have a variety of objectives like stopping a Nazi mass murder or blowing up fuel and ammo depots. Gameplay is similar to that of the Splinter Cell series. You sneak around and perform special attacks on unsuspecting Nazi soldiers such as a knife to the back or breaking their neck.| Game Name | Velvet Assassin |
