With a slow zoom out until it's revealed that he's nude, standing on top of a Fable themed Lamborghini...and just counting the shit out of everyone's money. Laughing his ass off as he makes it rain and then hops into the driver's seat and speeds away; money from various countries trailing behind him. Either THAT, or it's revealed that he was in some kind of mysterious explosion some time back and now he's horribly disfigured and angry at the world. At which time he'll send out a global message of his coming doom, but then only take over a small country in Africa and be all like, "Sorry...time constraints."

Hopefully Black Ops II multiplayer is in the box

edit: No but seriously, there sounds like some faint speaking around 00:17 to 00:20. But it sounds like it has some mega reverb and echo going on, and might also be backward. Any armchair audio engineers out there think they might be able to pull something from it CSI style?

God this is so stupid it's almost painful....

The chance of what's inside the box not getting leaked nor found via an accelerated private before the official game discovers it honestly seems slim to none.

That said, the answer is likely going to be something neat and somewhat heartwarming, but also pretentious and likely not actually worth the time. My guess will be that what's inside the box is 'us', all the people who worked together putting their blood, sweat, and tears (aka 'time') into building this crazy tunnel to the core of this box and the game will represent this with some sort of crazy timelapse video showing the box from beginning to its current form. The game will then proceed to reset, shutdown, or give everyone a three-dimensional minimap. An alternate, but still similar, result would be 'absolutely nothing at all' with the center being either empty or identical to all the other parts of the box so players won't even realize when they've cut through it, which again leads to the message of 'it is the journey we have all embarked upon together that matters, not the destination'.

In other words, this game is probably Journey all over again, but instead of roaming a beautiful desert, you get to make a tunnel through a giant box.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks a little like Japanese text? Also notice how part of it is below the 20hz mark, which is usually filtered out on audio since it's below the audible range for humans. This was as high resolution as I could make it on the spectrogram in Ozone 5. The spectrogram included in Foobar 2000 doesn't show anything below 30hz, so you can't use that one to see this.

hmm, interesting. I'd normally say something like this is just a coincidence, but concidering part of it is below 20Hz, it could be something put there intentionally. Has anybody tried to translate the characters yet?

@LifeasClarity: I wonder if it would be possible to reverse engineer the idea from the perspective of having been inspired by that trailer, thus allowing you to know what's in the Cube.

Also I wonder if it will in fact be free. Maybe he'll hire that one individual, the prize is a job or the chance to design a game, or create a new box. Jesus this is bad, yet brilliant and certainly interesting.

Inside the box is another box, even bigger than before.
