I enjoyed the behind the scenes stuff in UC 2. Hope this one is full of them too.

The Uncharted series is one of the only series where I get excited to see behind the scenes stuff. Nolan North is great, as we all know, and Emily Rose is a great actress. As soon as I saw her on Haven I said,"That's Elena from Uncharted!"

I never realized how pretty the actress who plays Elena is.

It's a trap!

It's strange, Emily Rose doesn't have Asian eyes. I wonder why Elena Fisher now has Asian eyes.

I like the last minute, it's basically them trying to outdo each other in making constipation noises.

Yeah, Emily Rose (Elena Fisher) is quite a looker. She has her own shown on Syfy called Haven, which is okay, but nice if you wanted more of the actual actress. Hopefully she ends up in more stuff in the future.

And if they do the movie, she looks enough like her part that she could simply star as her character from the game, although I doubt the movie industry would cast like that.

Also, did you know she's rather accomplished with TV and Movie production in general? She actually started as a set assistant for the first game or some production near it, while still looking for other acting jobs. I recall the Naughty Dog staff mentioning how she not only acts, but helps with some of the production stuff while not on screen.

As stupid as it sounds, I was actually considering not buying this game. But for some reason, this made me want it...so, I will in fact be buying this game. =/

That was the first thing that came to my mind! That was a sweet-ass 'stache!

This is one of the few games/series where the behind the scenes stuff is actually pretty interesting. Probably because of the cinematic nature of the game design. The "human prop" stuff was neat, I never realized they had people doing stuff like that so close to the actors, but it makes sense.
 
Also, this video had something for everyone - handsome dudes, a pretty lady, a great mustache, and video games! Awesome.

Played about an hour so far and it is amazing. Sadly, I have an exam tomorrow, so back to studying!

That was a really cool video. Nolan North is pretty cool. Hearing what sort of weird stuff they had to do to get all the motion capturing just right was pretty fascinating as well.

Oh god, I wish my PS3 wasn´t broken. That theme playing always gets me.. and it didn´t even get to the real good part.

Also, Nolan North basically is Uncharted, right? He does so much of all the motion capture stuff.. it´s crazy! You´d think that he could afford to have several stunt doubles by now, since he´s a big star and all :D

Anyone who thought the grunting was hilarious, watch the panel they did- I think it was at comicon. They have a lot of funny stuff in there.

With his hair covered in the mo cap suit at 4:16 Nolan North looked strikingly similar to Adam Carolla. Now I want a game with Adam Carolla voicing the main character.

I will watch anything with Emily Rose in it! That's why I watch Haven ;) Well, her and now Adam Copeland (aka Edge, from WWE)

I can't believe they'd make the Uncharted movie and NOT cast her as Elena. That offends me. She's a fine actress, and she's so damn cute!

The only thing I wish is that Naughty Dog could come up with an excuse to get Nathan Fillion into the game. As another old acquaintance of Drake's, or even just a bad guy even. It would be a nice nod to fans, and I think he'd work real well with Nolan North. He's also used to performance capture for triple-A games; he was in Halo: ODST after all:

When they mentioned "Things that are not safe for public consumption", I immediately remembered that E3 interview where Ryan and the Naughty Dog guy discussed lengthy tapes of Nolan North cursing.

Best Grunting in a video game 2011 goes to... Uncharted 3!

I love this kind of stuff. I wish more games had more footage on the actors doing their job. Not that this is important, but it's nice to know that Emily Rose grew up just about minutes away from where I live.

Damn, working on an Uncharted game looks like a ton of fun. ND guys sure know what it takes to produce some killer titles.

I don't own a Playstation, but these types of videos are still fun to watch. Too bad they didn't show more of the on-set process, rather than just talking about it.

Cool seeing this kind of stuff. Must be really damn weird for the actors to do it, but hey, at least it turns out amazing in the end.
