Confounding Action Draws Nier

my 5 cents is that you have to kill your own daughter at the end. Awesome music and I think this is a must buy for me since I'm a sucker for action rpgs.

I hope what that books says at 1:17 - 1:22 is true, otherwise it's going to be one hell of a brainfrakk.

Crossing my fingers for a demo. If the gameplay is good, the story looks interesting enough to keep my attention.

The preview pic reminded me of Jack Skellington, so I was absolutely excited, especially by the "no idea" description. Imagine my disappointment :(

Might still be an ok game, but I have no interest in these type of games.

Graphics are nier psp quality, not a good sign.

Thing in the screen cap looks like Jack Frost on meth.

So, is an action RPG more like Oblivion/Fable and less like Final Fantasy? 

Is that Sam Fisher I hear around 02:06? :P

Why does this seem like a not so great version of Darksiders?

How have I not heard of this yet?!
 
Not sure how the actual product will turn out, but I am fascinated and longing. Will be a short wait though, thankfully...

I feel sorry for whoever has to review this.  Even if this were an ER I wouldn't watch it..

The best part (only good part) of that trailer was what Brad chose as the preview image. Good call on his part. 
 
Oh, and if you are like me then you sat here trying to figure out where you heard one of those book's voices before. Wesker from Resident Evil 5.

Tim Burton, not to be outdone by Steven Speilburg and Boom Blox, has decided to make a JRPG.  
 
Yup, I think that about sums it up. 

I think the voice acting sounds AMAZING!

You know this game will rock because War and Garrus Vakarian play floating books in it.

I have little to no idea of what just happened... however, I am fairly sure I remain uninterested. The combat looks kinda bad.

I can't figure out how much of that looked stupid or actually interesting. 

The guy's daughter is a murderer, he finds out after reading her diary.  With the help of the Bible they fight through her sins and demons, finding redemption (and grandma) along the way.
 
I remember the previous videos for this game, the combat looked kind of "meh", but the bosses look sweet.

i invented a drinking game to go along with this video. Take a drink every ten seconds that you have no idea whats going on. hint; You wont be sober by the end

the main character model looks horrific and the game quality looks low. i cant believe square are gonna put this out. oh well, i guess its what we've come to expect of them lately

I'm all for original IPs, so I'll wait for the reviews for this to come out.
