I find it insane how passionate some people's hatred is towards Phil Fish especially when you take into account that people like Cliffy B exist.

I'm not saying that people should hate him either, but to a least look at things objectively.

I FIGURED IT OUT. THE LINE IS JUST A FRACTION OF GAMEPLAY. EVERY TIME IS SWITCHES, IT IS THE WORLD TURNING.

The gimmick this time is that it's just a cute platformer with cool music and an interesting mechanic. Man that would drive everyone insane trying to find solutions to puzzles that weren't even there :o

@golguin: Imagine it like a regular fez screen just cut down to that little of a size, each time the bell tolls is like a click on RT or LT to rotate it once. The orange block always stays in the middle while everything else is rotating around it.

During an UPF or TNT or... maybe the PS4 reveal stream? All kinds of weird antics were going on that day.

Has this trailer announcement been solved yet? The colors and lines have to mean something.

This might be the game I'm most excited for this E3. Loved Fez.

I never called them minor. And they game did work at launch. Admittedly it had some game breaking bugs, but only a fraction of the actual user base encountered them(devs estimate less than 1%) If you have more accurate stats on how many people were affected let me know.

I saw this and just said "What?" Biggest surprise of E3 for me so far.

What if the this announcement trailer has a clue for one of the puzzles in the upcoming game?

Interesting. Fez might be one of my favorite game experiences ever, but i have to admit i never really thought about a sequel. It was such a singular experience that I wonder how a second go-round will work.

That being said I will be there day one (in 2020, when it's released).

Was Fez worth playing? Coming to it late I kind of feel daunted by all the talk of hidden layers and extreme puzzle solving. It's good, yes?

So now time will play an even bigger part? :o There's a lot of hints in this little trailer!

This is a great teaser - technically speaking.

I hold no opinion of Phil Fish. That being said, I wasn't crazy about Fez.

I would say they can't recreate the magic now that we know what Fez is all about, but hey, that's what I thought about Virtue's Last Reward and they proved me wrong.

Really.. FEZ was very charming and pretty to look at. Also the level design left me thinking; I would have loved to see the process of creating them. Also could some one at least back up all these accusations of him being a dick? I have watched Indie Game: The Movie, and I could see where he was coming from. I cannot imagine the pressure of every one expecting your game to be some sort of masterpiece after just a trailer. Then having to live of of small Canadian government grants, while missing release year after year.

I... what? Fez II is a thing? Wow. Shit. Did not expect that ever. Hell, the only times I have considered the possibility of Fez sequels was... as a joke because I felt it was a very singular experience. I thought you'd never see Fez 15. Maybe we still won't obviously but we're one step closer!

Man. Fuck. Let's do this. But... you can't bottle that genie, can you? So how do you mystery? I have no clue.

I was completely oblivious of the whole Phil Fish shitstorm until it was over. I played some of Fez and really liked it, so I'm pretty excited about this.

You can't reason with these people. I am willing to bet some of them are the same that were outraged by the Skulgirls 'money stealing'. 10 000 $ Brah I could animate that at home in flash for 100$.

Fez is for spreadsheets. Gaming will be dead by 2014.

Phil Fish is a huge jerk, but I loved Fez.

Because he didn't test for bugs in the first? Maybe you know a secret, but games are difficult to make and impossible to create and release without some bugs getting though.

Let's hire some testers to work out the bugs before release with that Fez 1 money, eh Phil? kthnx

My save file got screwed up so when I went back to it to try and finish everything I had to start over. (I was in New Game+ by that point)

The game is cool from a conceptual standpoint, especially when it comes to all the crazy language puzzle stuff in it and the insane secrets...but it's kind of a freaking boring game to play.

I'll finish it anyway to just see what's what, and I wonder what they'll try with a sequel. I mean, it can't just do the same stuff or it'll be too predictable.

Fez was amazing, I can't wait to see more of Fez 2.
