Looks pretty slick, will hold folk over until Fallout 4.

Playing on the iPad, but I would really like this on my android phone more.

Been playing on my iPhone 6 Plus for about 30 minutes, incredibly well done game! No freemium BS either!

It's kind of funny the fervor behind this game. I guess people snubbing their noses at phone games is slowly becoming a thing of the past even for us enthusiasts. Now that's progress.

Considering that Android now has a larger user base world wide, it's odd that devs still prioritize Apple. It happened with the MKX app too.

I hate touch screen games, I can't even tell what room I'm dropping people in because of my fat thumbs plus zooming in and out makes it stutter. But its free. So put it on PC so I can see what I'm doing.

I wish more mobile games had simultaneous iOS and Android releases. Seems like most of the time, there's a substantial delay before the Android version comes out - if it ever does.

I really don't want to have to play too much of this game on my iPhone 4S's tiny screen.

I hope the Android release is a matter of days not months.

Oh man, I'd be all over a PC release. Seems like it pops right off that old Vault-Tec mountain cross-section ad shown prominently in the first Fallout, and the humor seems to be left completely intact. Kinda rare, that, when we're talking about mobile spinoffs.

Thanks mate, nice to get some official word. It seemed strange that they made no mention of 'Android' in the show, it seems doubtful that Bethesda would accept money for a exclusive, timed or otherwise. Especially since Android has a much larger market share than iOS.

Please bring it to PC! I doubt they'll make a Symbian version at this point lol, I'm not buying an iPhone or Android until they make a phone as good as the Nokia 808.

I've avoided these types of games like the plague because of the freemium aspects. This looks really cool though. I was expecting a follow up to Fallout: Tactics.

@shnippie: I believe it's a matter of the fragmentation of the userbase, and (in some cases) piracy issues. Android tends to be a mess of versions and hardware, whereas iOS keeps all the different devices in line. iOS users are also (apparently) much more likely to pay for things on the app store.

They already said it was free and didnt have timed paywalls and could be played offline. There is probably some marketing reason for it being only iOS at the moment.

Well they do mention Android for the Pip-Boy app and they most certainly would accept money for timed exclusives, because they are a company. (Remember, their DLCs for 3 and New Vegas were 360 first)

I'd be down to play this if it came to Android and PC. Looks like fun for a few marathon sessions.

I waited up and downloaded it... cute game, but it runs like shit and crashes constantly on my iPod Touch 5th Gen. Never change, Bethesda.

@cornbredx: It's probably a lot easier to launch on iOS. Android has a horrific amount of device specs, so it makes sense that it may be coming later.

Getting everyone excited about it coming out that night then being only on the minority phone market is pretty shit. Glad it will eventually come out but it was still a great way to put a damper on what was otherwise a pretty good press conference, its like someone telling you Christmas is coming early except for 60% of you.

Not out on Android, might as well not exist.

@shnippie: mostly because they only have to optimize it once instead of however many android phone types there are. I'm an Android user as well and think this stinks but let's face it, how many times do you go look at an app in Google Play only to see a 1 star saying, "DOESN'T WORK ON MY XXXXXXX PHONE PLS HELP!" it gets annoying fast as a developer.

Plus dont even dream about monetization of any kind, about 90% android users worldwide have download and app, even a lesser percentage have a credit card register, just the way it is

Oh you Android guys! I feel really sorry for you.

I'm on Windows. Not being able to play most new mobile games is something I considered when choosing my phone and didn't care about because there's like three mobile games that I actually like playing. Fast forward two weeks and this game, that looks super cool and interesting, drops. Oh well, I still can't see myself going back to iPhone, ever.

I will inform you immediately it is my lousy sense of humor holding the high card here. But underneath it is also with some admiration.

I just bought Witcher 3 on that 10% sale..The more I saw of it the more I wanted to play this obviously high-quality rpg.

Unless perhaps, if Fallout 4 was out....I might try this too at some point.

I started a vault 108 and the first non-tutorialized character that showed up was a Gary. I`m not sure how to clone him.
