Graphics look shitty, and the gameplay looks pretty standard for a ghost recon game.

Some of this stuff looks cool, but could this trailer be any less unoriginal?

I have to admit, "Only the dead fight fair" is a pretty damn good tagline. That marketer deserves a cookie.

What's with the shitty Gears of War running and cover shit? GRAW2 wasn't like that damnit.

Looks cool, but not Ghost Recon. I guess that's what you have to do to stay afloat in today's market.

Looks cool as hell, as long as it's fun to play, with tight controls, I'm going picking this up.

is it me or do all modern military trailers look the same at this point ?

I think I'm gonna go ahead and play GRAW2 now on my laptop, instead of watching a trailer for a game that doesn't come out until May.
We'll see whether this pans out or not.

The graphics look really muddy but that could come together before the end of May. What is disappointing though is that the Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six games used to be somewhat grounded in reality, but now it looks like they're going to go the more Michael Bay, COD, i.e. over-the-top route with this game.

Is it just me, or did anyone else question the reason for going invisible and shooting someone point blank in the back? Couldn’t the player do some sort of stealth knife attack?

Overlord? Breach? Sounds a bit familiar.

@Tfruit:I kind of agree but I let Ghost Recon pass only cause it's Ghost Recon,but I'm kind of bummed they didn't show no Gunsmith action.I bet a lot of people still don't know about it.

The original e3 demo looked way better than this, and that's despite Joel McHale's HILARIOUS commentary for it.

I saw Ryder White all over the place fighting alongside lots and lots of other Ryders.

I'll wait for Patriots, and rent this later.. but still, the trailer got me a litte bit more interested in the game.

So let's go down the list: The Inception/BF3 "BWAAAAAHHM!" throughout, COD-level over-the-top action sequences, ... invisibility??? I remember playing Rainbow Six and having to be tactical. Planning your movement, setting waypoints/go signals, coordinating between squads, and it was really rewarding. I guess those days are gone now. The "Michael Bay" thirty explosions per minute is what sells and everyone is chasing that success. It makes me sad. I enjoyed and appreciated Tom Clancy games for being something different.

Yeah, they look shitty. Something about Ubisoft and their military games this gen just scream muddy textures and shitty effects.

As a side note, the gameplay looks like it's trying really hard to be Call of Duty, and the music sounds like it thinks Battlefield 3 is pretty cool.

The abilities and gameplay look cool, but honestly, the graphics are seriously hideous. I thought something was wrong with the video or that this the portable version. I don't understand how it can look this bad.

Trailer needs more dubstep.

I really, REALLY want this game to be good. But I don't think that's going to happen. And that makes me a sad panda.

Ah the Modern Warfarification of military shooters. So much dismay.

I hope this turn out to be a decent game, thats pretty much all i need from it. Advanced Warfighter 1 & 2 where some of my favorite games, i really enjoyed those.

Sadly games have come some way after those, and Future Soldier seems to be suck a bit in the past. But i'm willing to look past that if the experience is good enough.

This dropped off my radar for awhile, but it's finally starting to look really good. Will be watching very closely for the next few months.

@Dark_Lord_Spam: my thoughts exactly. they are falling away from Ghost Recon and moving to Call of Duty style.

Also, why did the guy shoot the guy at the well when he was 2 feet away?

Also, throwing a device in the middle of a hostile area to get locations seems like it would alert them to your presence. Ahh, future tech.

Two years on from the Splinter Cell: Conviction launch and still no beta for this?! What gives?

Meh, that's your opinion. They look good to me and it's always been quality of gameplay over quality of graphics.

Interesting, but for something being called, "Future Warfare", I expect some actual future technology/guns, instead of a cheap-looking camo effect. Regardless, this could be cool, but development has plagued this game for a long time, so my hopes aren't that high.

Really excited for this game. I've liked the previous GR in the past but there were a few things that I felt needed tightening before it really went main stream. Hopefully they will able to accessible and also intriguing to players who haven't and have played the game before
