Giant Bomb in Korea: The GSL StarCraft II Finals

Saw a quick glimpse of maplestory in that internet cafe.

NesTea looked like he was totally unimpressed with Brad's line of questioning.
 
He probably watched the BR portions of the Deadly Premonition ER. That'd explain it.

This is one of the best videos I've ever watched on giantbomb. Truley awesome.

Anyways, you guys are great, no one else can touch you guys, you do the craziest stuff and cover seemingly everything I want and didn't know I wanted to hear about.  Like you guys didn't spend an entire podcast and a half drooling over kinect to have it sitting in your closests 6 months from now like every other website.

I like when Brad referred to Idra as a heel.

I have never played a game of Starcraft but found this video fantastic.  Very good stuff!  Keep up the great work.

The 775 million US dollars sum was a joke.  It's become a Giant Bomb meme ever since Gamasutra journalist  Leigh Alexander was on the GB E3 podcast/live video this year and said she'd heard that Activision's big evening event cost 775 million dollars to put on - although it didn't because that's a ridiculous amount of money.    Just wanted to set that straight.  The top player earned about 80,000 USD from his win I believe - still very respectable :) "

I liked it, very interesting, and i didn't knew the whole stage, audience and the setting of GSL was THAT big ! Holy shit it's huge ! Never the less, nice made and a great view in the starcraft 2 things that's going on in korea.

Whoever edited this is fantastic. I love Starcraft II, but I don't care about the competitive aspect of it at all. I still watched the whole video though, just because it was so well put together.

Incredible video, I'm literally going to shop around for a StarCraft II spec PC right now.

Great video, saw most of this in GSL, but the interviews with Tastosis, Idra, and Nestea were awesome, really like it just for that.

I was genuinely surprised by how entertaining this video was, or rather the content of this video was. Really dug the quality of the music  as well as seeing Bob Colayco spit fire.

Brad's awesome! F*^k it, I've never played an RTS game before but I'm going to buy this game. Point scored Blizzard!

This makes a lot of sense to me and it should be on our shores (US and Europe) by now. It's pretty much everything I thought of when it comes to what I've heard about this sort of thing- the booths, the pyrotechnics and lasers etc., the commentary and just the whole oriental thing about it; just awesome.
 
Great video Brad, many thanks for going out there to make it; it was perfect for you.

Amazingly put together. Although it's a shame that the reality of something this put together must involve a ton of other material getting cut out just to keep the snappy parts that could be easily tied together. I hope there's a bunch of this material to still be posted in videos. It'd suck if the entire trip to Korea were summed up in just a few videos, expertly put together or no.

I feel like the tournament montage could have been cut to 20-30 seconds or a minute max, with the balance of the time being taken by a truncated voice-over summary of the actual matches and what made them special, cut over the HD feed of the match itself. Anyways, this is pretty cool.

I love the Starcraft coverage, it's great.  Brad did a great job with this, it wold be awesome if you could do more stuff like this in the future.

A few people have mentioned that Blizzard linked to these videos on the Starcraft II community site, and there are a number of people unfamiliar with the site who misread the title "Giant Bomb at GSL Finals" ;)

I don't play Starcraft but found the weeks of Brad's never-ending praise to be very interesting.  Thanx for putting up the videos.  Crazy.
