That looks like it's a Science-Fiction version of The Expendables, which is pretty cool in my opinion.

It could be a fun game. But, I'll have to wait and see if it turns out well.

Everything about this game screams generic to me. Some of the guns look neat, but ya. Maybe I'm just done with shooters in general unless they do something really big and new and it's just me and not this game.

is it multiplayer, otherwise it's going to end up sitting next to the last two assassin's creeds, mass effect, and Bulletstorm, all of which still need to be finished.

Again... what did they do to this game. Reminds me of Binary Domain, but I liked Binary Domain. Willing to give this game a chance but hate the generic look to it, especially considering how great the reveal trailer was.

Looks okay to me. However, I have a hard time finding friends to play co-op on games like this, unfortunately...

This doesn't interest me...I thought the Asian lady was pretty.

It's only a EA Partners program game. So EA really doesn't have that much of a direct hand in it. If you look at most of the other games that came out via that program, while they all weren't good, for the most part all of them pretty much got to make the game they wanted to make. Everything I have heard is that Insomniac chose to change their art style and overall concept on the game and didn't like where they were going with Overstrike.

Either way this doesn't look bad. Decent enough setting, more Co Op main story game play stuff is a plus for me and if it has some of the Insomniac charm, over the top set pieces and most importantly crazy guns/gadgets/abilities it could be pretty good.

A bit more interesting than the previous gameplay trailer at least, but still not holding my breath while waiting for the final thing...

The animation and characterizations look pretty good.

So having never seen anything else this I thought the facial animations looked odd until I saw the original more cartoony trailer. They still look odd but at least they make sense knowing that they were made for a different art style.

Hope you all like quick-time events, because that game looks scripted as all hell.

It's so generic to the point that it's hard to believe Insomniac are the ones making this game. R&C oozes cartoon-like charisma and even the Resistance games have a good, distinguished design the series' antagonists.

If there's a PC version down the line, then maybe.

I don't like art styles, so I don't care about that old version. However, I think that there is a limited market for lighthearted shooting in a semi-realisitc world.. you kinda have to go all out (as in borderlands) to get away with it.

I'm surprised it looks so similar to the original concept video after that last (super uninspiring) gameplay video.

Yupp. I'd imagine Insomniac already knows this with all the damage control that they've had to do, so hopefully they have something up their sleeves.

As for the trailer, it looks incredbly unremarkable (unlike Overstrike's) and I have very little interest in playing this.

A damn shame about the artstyle, really. I seem to remember EA making the call to alter the art style of Shadows of the Damned, too. This makes even less sense because

Borderlands.

I'd still rather play Overstrike.

Man, what a disappointment. The original Overstrike trailer looked awesome back at E3, but I guess too many people were comparing it to The Incredibles. How terrible it must be to have your work compared to something Pixar made.

It's like the only artstyle that publishers think will sell anymore is gritty greyscale, and that sucks! Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, even Sly Cooper, were great and popular games. I hate how cartoony games seem too risky to put money into nowadays!
