I was gonna get a Wii U with my tax return next year but I'm starting to think that the PS4 should take its place.

As a person that has very little love for Mario and the WiiU, I must admit that this game is very easy on the eyes.

I know this video ain't for me, but If there's one thing that doesn't need a narrator explaining everything that's happening on the screen, it's a Mario game. :-|

But this looks pretty amazing; almost feels like Nintendo has been underselling the game up to this point. It's not enough for me to buy a WiiU (that would be "X", from the Xeno- team), but this just might be what the console needs.

If nothing else, the WiiU's library is going to be a whole lot better than the PS4 and XBone for a good extra year or so.

Absolutely STUNNING!

Probably so each character is a different primary color. Mario is red, Luigi green, Peach yellow and Toad blue.

Looks cool, but I had to turn the sound off. That narrator makes me uncomfortable with his weird delivery.

I find it funny that they feel the need to emphasise that the gameplay is in 3D, as if that's new for Mario games.

This trailer is weird... It's like the just picked out some random dude at the office to read the product description from a piece of paper into a desktop mic.

I get more happy about my recent Wii U purchase every day. The console is just damned fun already and this will put it over the top. Game looks beautiful and I'm sure it will play well.

I wonder if that Kuribo's Skate part with Toad gives you full control over the skate. If so then sliding along that narrow windy path was mad impressive, I'm probably going to fall right the fuck off that thing as soon as I get there.

I stopped watching halfway through, I was full up on awesome. It's not quite a Galaxy sequel, but it's the closest I've seen to a game that just throws you new amazing stuff every level.

Man I have no idea what my next hardware purchase is going to be. It's a four-way race right now and I think the Wii U is in the lead.

Looks pretty good. Still not enough on it's own to justify a WiiU purchase in my opinion, but if I already had one I would but this game.

With this, Wind Waker, and a few others, I am considering a Wii U...

I'm excited the Wii U is finally coming out.

Unfortunately this isn't enough for me to buy a Wii U. I wasn't big into Wind Waker either, but I do like the direction Nintendo is going recently.

Now if they announced a Mother 4 for Wii U, I'd be all over this shit. We'd never see it in the States, but still.

Now this is more like it. Shame they didn't hire a more energetic narrator. Oh well, there's the Japanese version for that.

@scaramoosh: Local multiplayer is something that very few games have had in recent years. I'm totally okay with a game that exclusively supports local multiplayer.

This looks awesome plain and simple.
