Much of the Wii-u experience seems dependant on having friends in physical proximity. Nerds have friends these days or what? The world has gone mad.

King of the zombies looks like a shitty magician

I have this on pre order along with NSMBU, can't wait to get my hands on the new console.

Looks fun, but still nothing that can persuade me to purchase a new console. I'm hoping Nintendo starts throwing some hard-hitters, though.

Nothing shows confidence in the game like actors emulating gameplay!

Well it seems that with this as the zombie controlling player you are just going to dominate by constantly swarming a player with zombies without any apparent spots where the survivor could hide. Think that if I was getting this console I'd definitely not want to play the multiplayer.

Tough to make a gameplay trailer with the two control schemes.

@fox01313: It's a bit misleading because there are restrictions as to where you can spawn and you have limited zombie "resources".

While the ad wasn't that hot, I think the game is shaping up pretty damned well. Can't wait for reviews.

@fox01313: I have to imagine that there will be a limit to how many zombies you can spawn on a survivor at once. It worked out OK for L4D, so it'll probably be fine here as well.

I wish I had friends with time to do this sort of thing with more regularly than once in a blue moon, and we get a lot of blue moons up here. Fuck those family and full-time employment having bastards.

Looks like it could be fun. ZombiU is the only game that interests me in the WiiU launch lineup. Unfortunately for Nintendo that isn't enough to convince me to buy their new console.

That mod was the shit, pretty sure it's completely dead now, though. :(

Love the idea for this multiplayer mode, this trailer was pretty unbearable, though. :P

Year of the Zombies! RE6. Black Ops 2, Walking Dead, RE Racoon City and Zombie U, all we need is a love story with a zombie....

Exactly. There was obviously a marketing meeting in which someone asked, "how can we make a promo video for multiplayer, but show as little gameplay as possible"?
