I could never get into the zany humor of Saints Row 3, and it looks like it's the same tone here.

I can definitely get behind a dubstep remix of "Hail to the Chief", even if it's almost too dubsteppy to be identifiable.

Terrible because <4 seconds of actual gameplay, as is standard these days.

Is it though? The Wilhelm Scream is practically ubiquitous now, it's usually incredibly blatant too.

Thankfully that was just a dumb trailer and that kind of thing will be optional in game, because that came perilously close to the series jumping the shark in my eyes.

Looks exactly as what it started out as - An expansion pack for SR3. Only $60.

I didn't like SR3 as much as most people did. I thought SR2 hit the sweet spot of crazy shit going on and a sandboxy gang banging game. I also hated how linear the missions were structured and the themed gangs were lame. You basically beat the last boss an hour into the game and spend the rest of it fighting mexican wrestlers and cyber dudes.

I don't get all the hype for SR4. All that crazy super power robot alien shit was in the DLC for 3 and it was terrible then. How come everyone's so excited for it here in this game?

As much as people got on Jason Rubin for wanting to tone Saints Row down a bit, I get where he was coming from the more I find out about Saints Row the Third-and-a-Half Saints Row IV. Saints Row 2 had the right balance between wackiness, dumb humor, and a quality story.

It seems as though Volition is replacing the insanely awesome map full of activities and Easter eggs and places to explore with wacky guns and such. That's a bad trade-off in my opinion.

Wilhelm scream kills it for me.....it rises up as a zombie just so the dubstep can kill it
