Looks like the framerate while driving is pretty terrible. Definitely waiting for PC.

@nictel: I don't get why people who want to play this game are waiting for a unannounced PC or Next Gen version that may or may not ever exist. But hopefully for them it'll happen.

Also, I would love a regular Vinny GTA/Open world video series. His Sleeping Dog Quick Looks are some of my favorite on the site. Looking forward watching this, once I play a bit of the game myself.

As always, I enjoyed Vinny acting out his particular brand of madness. However, that being said, I don't think the game looks very fun at all. It's gorgeous, and very impressive technically, but the characters seem COMPLETELY unlikeable(especially Trevor/Michael/Michael's family), and it just looks too strict and boring.

Huh, that racing mission didn't pop up for me. One with a paparazzi dude did though, his missions were pretty funny.

I effin' love the way Vinny plays games, especially open world ones. I never really think much about how to play games in any way other than the way they tell me to, but Vinny always manages to break or at least explore areas of the game that I never even noticed or thought of. It's like certain nonchalant careless curiosity that I guess I just don't have. Love it!

Vinny should be in the driver's seat for more videos!

I can already tell this is going to be an amazing 2 hours because it's Vinny playing an open world game.

This game looks pretty fancy for a current-gen release. Can't wait to try it on PC, although perhaps it will run like dogshit at first.

Vinny knows how to play open world games, and I'm happy to see that GTA V allows that for the most part after how disappointing IV was. Still some sudden Mission Failed moments, but I was impressed by when Vinny ran in front of the scripting and managed to kill that guy, and having the game adjust for that. This was such an amazing stream, and I hope they'll do a PC version, and get it right this time.

That must be the video. I'm playing on PS3 and the frame rate hasn't dropped once.

@landon: Well it could be that the XB360 version they are playing is bad or it could honestly be that you're used to the framerate. Honestly most people can't tell when there's a framerate problem unless it drops below 20. For me, if it drops below 45-50, it looks choppy to me. Haha. I'm just really picky.

The funniest thing for me (and it was the same with GTA4) is how hilarious the american dialogue is. You people REALLY talk like this pmsl, too funny!

After watching this I'm going to pass on this one. I can't buy too many games and think The Last of Us might be a better buy right now.

If you don't mind super dark stories and enjoy stealth games then maybe that's the right choice. But having played both I'd certainly go with GTA V just for the characters and story, plus I love Breaking Bad and its certainly in the same vein.

@bhlaab: I had hoped they were going to put some work into changing how the missions flow with the world but I kind of expected it was going to be the same as always. It' a minor thing and doesn't ruin the game, but I wish they could come up a more advanced mission system that doesn't break immersion and continuity with the world as much, both before and after the mission ends.
