It reminds me of the first time I laid eyes on Yoshi's Island with its colouring book/storybook art style.  
 What I like about Nintendo is that they like to inject a little colour into their games.  The gameplay is just a nice bonus. I love it.

Looks good, but appears to be a Paper Mario version of Kirby. Heck, it even has sounds from the Paper Mario series.

Seems like Kirby got a much needed nerf with not being able to absorb enemies powers and fly constantly, while still retaining his "throwing back" ability. 
 
Game looks great.
