Anything over 60FPS makes my stomach churn. I hope they don't go crazy iwth it.

I do agree, too many Batman characters (though strictly speaking, Solomon Grundy isn't a Batman character :P)

Also, I'm not so sure about the general character design aesthetic. It kinda looks like they've taken MK character design philosophy and applied it to these dudes.

For me, this framerate looked more smooth on a computer monitor than Playstation 3 MK did on my LCD. That's obviously not an apple-to-apples comparison, and your eyes may process it differently. This particular upload looks like it had some of the "motion smoothing" processing that 120 Hz TV's can do, which we turn off when we play timing-based games. I certainly wasn't trying to besmirch the name of Ed Boon.

Short version: the encoding settings made this gameplay look beyond 60 FPS for me and maybe @kadash299, apparently not for you.

I'm amazed DC is letting them get so graphic with the characters. I know they're all owned by Warner, but goddamn. I didn't play MK vs DC, but this looks way more bloody and violent. I had no problem with MK9, but for some reason seeing these characters get so nasty is kind of turning me off.

Ever heard of a fighting game? All of them run at 60 on the consoles, including Mortal Kombat. You can't have a fighting game any other way and yes they did get 60 out of Unreal 3 for MK last year.

So many batman characters. I counted 5: Batman, Catwoman, Nightwing, Harley Quinn, and Soloman Grundy. I love batman, but I thought they might draw from a deeper catalog for this game. Instead of choosing all of the obvious and popular ones.

The Flash never makes sense. Maybe he's just a little dumb, and slightly dazzled by Harley's new costume. Yeah, lets go with that.

This is really cool looking. So brutal and epic. It just sucks that they're showing the same stuff ONCE AGAIN.

They also announced a release date of April. They should be showing FAR more stuff by now then. I'm so sick of the Batcave and Fortress of Solitude, and seeing the same characters. Over half the roster revealed so far are Bat-characters; it's becoming played out. We AT LEAST should've seen Green Lantern, Black Canary, Shazam, Power Girl, Aquaman, etc. And stages like Atlantis, Oa, Central City, Arkham Asylum... you KNOW this stuff should be there. Don't have to be a DC Comics nerd to know that.

Game looks great. It just needs to be showing off a lot more. I don't want Warner Bros. to pull a dick move, release this in April, and hold half the fighters for future paid DLC. And then release "Ultimate Injustice: Greedy Corporate Double-dip Edition" in November of next year.

I gotta say this though; for a fighting game with no X-Ray moves or Fatalities, Nether Realm is STILL putting in some cringe-worthy animations. This action is truly brutal. Just hope the game controls better than Mortal Kombat. I hate how, in MK, moves don't flow into each other unless part of a pre-defined combo animation. It's so janky; "dial-a-combos" are shitty compared to Dead or Alive, Virtua Fighter, Soul Calibur and other franchises. Injustice deserves better.

I really want NetherRealm to try making a melee-based action-adventure now. Like how Team Ninja went from DOA to Ninja Gaiden? I'd love to see these guys try to do an action game like that. And now that they're part of Warner Bros. and DC, I'm sure they could find a deserving IP. Maybe a Wonder Woman game? Since she is an Amazonian and fights with a sword and shield occasionally.

At this point I think I'm pretty much in. Mortal Kombat was amazing and is still fun to play, I have nothing but high hopes for this because it'll have the great DC cast of heroes and villains, an intriguing concept (WHY are these super friends fighting one another!?), and no doubt the variety will lend itself to lots of playtime.

Now if only they would come straight out and say who is in the game so I can know if I'll have Black Canary to look forward to seeing or not.

I dunno, I guess I don't like enough DC heroes to be interested in this game.

Harley Quinn's design still kinda bugs me but everything else about this game seems awesome.

It's really hard for me not to see analogs to MK moves/characters in this. Not that that's a bad thing. Just sayin'.
