So many home streams.

I also bounced off of this game too. The biggest thing I'd cite is the time commitment between interesting things. Basically there were too many weeknights where I'd put a few hours into it and only get part way through a long and rote dungeon where nothing happens.

@soimadeanaccount: that looks like 16:10 to me. I assume he runs a monitor in that ratio and usually changes it to 16x9 before running a home stream.

Man this would be much more enjoyable to watch if Vinny was using something he could actually aim well with. Like a mouse or something.

I will say, watching this is hard. BUT I seriously also got stuck on that factory mission in the same room wondering why the hell the last four people on my minimap were in the damn ceiling!!! Seriously almost quit the game it took me a whole hour to find that stupid elevator. Such a badly designed mission.

Someone tell Jeff, literally any stream with Vinny and you can have all of my money. All of it. I donated $150 during Extra Life because Vinny played Kerbal. I am a sheep. You can take everything I own. Just get Vinny to play games on camera.

Fallout 4 seems like they built the game around all the parts I don't like much in open world western RPGs - loads of enemies to kill and shit to collect - instead of great quests with multiple ways to complete them, good writing, a story that you feel part of, engaging and thought-provoking side quests, lots of conversation trees and a feeling of actually role playing.

New Vegas was very good at that despite being built in the limiting Bethesda framework, (Witcher 3 of course is a recent game which comes close to perfecting this genre), so it is a shame it seems like a big step back.

Hm. I got Fallout 4 on PS4, played just about everything in it I felt, minus some side stuff in Diamond City, but once I was done, I was done. I haven't been back since. I feel like whenever I'm not playing something, I should go back.

@millidooms: of all first person games to complain about using a controller to aim you choose the one where you stop time and target individual body parts?
