This literally does nothing for me. I know they have to keep adding stuff just like TH games had to be Skate feels like it's running out of ideas much quicker because it started with so much. They say they're listening to the fans but no one asked for teams. We wanted a new city that was as great to skate in as the first rather than the mess that Skate 2s city was. What fans of the original game want in a sequel actually isn't much. The realism of the first game, better animation, more tricks, and walking that doesn't suck. I even think graphically 2 didn't look as good as 1 and with this using the same engine as 2 this is going to look just like it and I think it's looking dated. I hope that after this, the team looks back at what really worked so well in the original and start again with a brand new engine.

The only massive bell ends are the people being neg in this thread.  Here's the facts:
 
The Skate series already revolutionised skating game control methods.  There is no need to fuck with that.
 
The joy of street skating is mastering your technique then finding new and interesting places to test your style.  Skate 3 is providing a WHOLE NEW CITY of spots to skate.
 
Another great thing about street skating is hanging out with your mates, and comparing footage/tricks/new clothes etc. etc. etc. 
 
Skate 3 is just improving on all the other stuff it hasn't yet.  And for the record, it's never taken itself too seriously, which is why all the character are totally batshit crazy.

I loved Skate. I then loved Skate 2 for its great improvements but really... I think its too soon for another Skate. There just isn't enough new things that can be added I don't thing to really make it worthy of another. 
 
They better make a whole new city though, no matter what. No more "re-making" the old city.

All this trailer did was make me think that there need to be fewer games about skating and more games about metal panthers.

Would be cool if there was a filming mode, like you actually try to capture other peoples' stuff.  I guess I should give up and get into the film business.

Madden is American Football, right?  even though I never play sport games, I'm fairly sure they benefit from the roster update. A skateboarding has no benefits from an early sequel. "
