The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, In Motion

This looks like it could potential one of the best things ever

I'm glad I got a full time job a few months back as I was unhealthily addicted to trying to get achievements and now I feel like I don't care enough about them anymore. Which makes me happy because ahcievements used to be a big factor in my decision of Pc or Xbox 360 version. PC ALL THE WAY! This game looks amazing both graphically and gameplay wise.

That just made my day...

Giant Bomb has to introduce trailer of the year award as this kind of stuff shouldnt go unnoticed no matter how good or bad the game is. Epic!

Looks good. I didn't really like Oblivion, but I will give this a shot because I like both Fallout 3 and New Vegas, which means I most likely got over my rpg in first-person hang ups.

Looks super nice.  I don't see the tech actually being more impressive than anything we haven't already seen, just looks like it is more optimized for the whole open world thing. 
I don't know but I didn't see anything resembling city walls so maybe that was a small town or they are doing away with separating cities and the world. 
But what is most important for me and not having city walls may play into this is please Jesus, Please Bethesda, please Superman, do something about the FUCKING LOAD TIMES!!!

I never played much of TES games, but this does make me very excited if the next Fallout game uses this engine.

I never got into Oblivion, but this really is something else.

also, I understand that putting the helmet on the dude let players imagine their own character, but it looked kinda awkward, would've been cooler without hishelmet

Good trailer, it gets across: Yo, there are dragons, you can be a Frazetta/Conan lookin' barbarian, or you can sneak around and throat-stab folk, or shoot magic at them, also arrows.  And yo, there are different landscapes and biomes an' shit.
 
Jeremy Soule is so effing great.  The music is like 50% of the trailer's impact.
 
It looks like they read my mind when they made Skyrim - my favourite area was the Jerrall mountains around Bruma, were it was rocky and snowy with forested valleys, so they set a whole game in such an environment.  
 
Super stoked.

Just kidding - I'll play it while looking out of the corner of my eyes since I hate seeing spiders so much. 
 
Looks good - environments look good, animations are reasonable, lighting and movement seems alright.... but I still see a hint of Gamebryo in this. Especially in the First person fighting scenes. I could be completely wrong though, but I think they've carried a bit of that Gamebryo "magic" into this game. 

God, I love the music in this trailer.

Watch again. 
Notice how most of it is laid back shots of animals running quietly across a forest and a calm river and people going about their business in a few towns. 
 
Go give the man that arranged the TES main theme for the trailer his first award already. 
 
This may be the best example of music making a small thing feel huge since Back to the Future. Kudos.

I could physically not  prevent myself from fist-pumping to the amazing score.  This game is epic in the traditional "grand-scale" definition, not in the annoying, internet-age "let's call everything epic" way.  Bethesda, you guys are straight up baller.
