The Story of Aliens Vs. Predator

I can tell that this story is STUPID.

this game better not be a waste of money though it does look awesome. 

Graphics and environments look good but I'm finding it a bit hard to get excited about.

This looks promising, i hope it's good :D

My fav Rebellion game is still AVP on Atari Jaguar due to its nostalgic value.  This game looks like it will top that.  Here's hoping a return to their roots will help them overcome the last couple junk games they made cause they used to be a top tier dev.  Yes I know about the 9 months to dev Rouge Warrior so im not really holding that against them too much.

The Predator and Alien models look spot-on! If nothing else, that impressed me atleast.

The start of the trailer reminded me of some of the old Dark Horse Comics issues of Aliens vs Predator that I read a decade ago.  But, other parts looked more like they drew from the films.  
 
I've seen footage of the single-player campaign involving the Predator and the space marines on the web, but nothing of playing as an Alien yet, though. 
 
Still, I am interested in this and hope the multiplayer gets things right, because that was a problem with the original in 1999.

Wow this looks really cool, i heard there is going to be a 4 player horde mode where marines take on waves of aliens. That on it's own would make me buy this game regardless of the single player.

Why would I want to play a marine in this game? Seems that on a AvP games the humans are always fucked up. Video looks interesting though. I will wait until release and see the reviews.

"

Is it the original Bishop, or did they rebuild him or something? Spoilers if you haven't seen Aliens, but Bishop isn't exactly 100 percent functional by the end of that movie. But I do vaguely remember him being in the third one...

It could be good... but doesn't look all that interesting as well..

Now that the original Bishop is involved I'm getting a little bit excited about this game. Just a little bit though.

It's pretty much their flagship game(series) isn't it? I'm positive they'll be heavily motivated to turn this into something good, just like the first game.
 
I do hope it comes out when it's done, and not when the marketing guys rush it because they want to see their money.
 
Games like this don't come out every year and thus should deserve some extra polish.
