That looked a lot like Red Faction-esque Mars in that "Space Men" shot... will this be the game that finally bridges the gap between the Saint's Row and Red Faction storylines?

Also, holy shit I hope this game is good (by which I mean, playable), because I want to do all those things I just saw.

Why is Burt Reynolds in this? It's awesome but...what? Goddammit, I want the 15th to come now.

I am seriously f'ing excited for this game.

I'm starting to warm to this game a little. If I can stay purely on the side of it not taking itself seriously...well maybe on pc and well down the road. I've never mined insanity...

Goddamn it GiantBomb, did you have to ruin the reveal of Burt Fucking Reynolds in both the screenshot and the title? I'm really glad I saw this video first on a site that let me discover it for myself.

Finally a game that can appeal to the highbrow gamers.

I really despise the general vibe of this game, but it looks pretty fun. The character customization is also very deep and detailed. I just hope the aforementioned garbage doesn't keep me from enjoying it. I really enjoyed the first Saints Row, but the second one didn't grab me as much. Too much of the same with an absolutely unlikable main character. Still the crazy stuff you can do in the latest game will probably get me to at least try it.

I agree. This trailer is much better when you go into it fresh.

They just don't even care any more... They've decided to just throw every damn thing they could think of in to a blender.

I still don't know what this game is and I'm ok with that.

If I had a girlfriend i'd strap it on her and let her fuck me. as it stands now though i have strapped it on and am trying to fuck myself.

Just a shame they released the GTA V trailer now. It makes this seem kinda meh. :/

I pretty much feel the same way. I really dislike the tone and the super-casual violence, but the basic gameplay, animation, and customization looks so well put together that I'm willing to overlook it.

Duder Giantbomb, putting trailer reveals in the title? Really? That would have been so great if you hadn't spoiled it for me!

Anyway, this trailer won me over. It looks like they're just going crazy with it, and it's about time a game didn't take itself so damn seriously and just gamed it up.

Damn it, Saints Row, you are making me want to preorder you. SR2 on the PC was a shit sandwich, though, so I'm gonna wait. It's not like I won't have other games to play.
