Two New Levels From Uncharted: Golden Abyss

This might make me pick up a vita. I love me some Uncharted.

If it had the UC3 multiplayer I would buy a Vita day 1.

This along with Gravity Rush are day 1 buys for me if they are launching day 1.

3 Hours is the estimated time for playing with all features on (including 3G) Just saying. Like all modern handhelds, you're not going to get more than that out of any system.

Looks great. Can't believe this is a launch title. It looks better than the majority of console games.

This is a prequel to Uncharted 1 so I hope we learn the origins of the mythical half-tuck.

dis is 1 of de few games dt makes me want a ps3.

I am very excited for Vita and this game. However, I don't know if showing off balance beam motion controls and touch screen gimmicky slashing is the best way to demo the game. For me, anyways, it's not what I'm looking forward to the most. Still, it definitely looks the part. 3-5 hour battery or not, I am in with Vita on day one.

The game looks nice but the whole balancing act parts are dumb. There's a reason why they were removed in Uncharted 2.

This will be my favorite game for the vita

Balancing on boards has never been fun. Niether Nathan Drake nor Kratos will ever convince me otherwise.

Looks really nice. I never had a PSP maybe if there were some other good games I'd get one someday.

This guy really wants you to know that this can't be done in any other handheld platform. Also (4:44):

Developer walkthroughs are so awkward, especially when running down the list of features.

I love me some Uncharted, but if this is a Sony Bend joint, forget it.

This is looking really really good, I think it's looking as good as some console games.

The game looks good, but I don't think handhelds are the right platform for Uncharted. When I think of Uncharted I think of great, impressive vistas and a small screen wouldn't do that justice.

Oh god please not motion sensors....

I don't know why you would wan greasy fingers on that nice Oled screen.

If i want touch I will use an Ipad. Gimme buttons.

I can't believe people are whining about 3.5 hours of battery when the Vita is delivering visuals like these.

What the hell do you people expect? Modern battery technology, people.

I thought this was amazing until Jeff mentioned (and made me realize) that this could have been just made, and made better, on a console. Either way, I want a Vita, and I hope the few problems I saw in this are fixed by release, 'cause I want this game as well. By the way, really? More Uncharted characters for us to fall in love with? Her and this other guy will probably turn bad.

I'll wait for the eventual PS3 port.

Yeah, that bothered me too. The Uncharted games know how to frame action well and the cinematography is second to none.

You know what breaks immersion for me? Giant yellow arrows plastered over the screen. And icons hovering all over the place. And a truck exploding for no reason and then crashing in, frankly, a rather underwhelming way. Reminds me of the into the screen chase scene part way through UC2 and how well shot that was. It's not something that needs technical power to pull off either. Just decent direction. Something I fear this game may be severely lacking - especially after having been introduced to the side characters and already detesting them...

I feel like with Uncharted 3, Naughty Dog is using the tools they have to develop a genuinely thrilling game that happens to have Nathan Drake in the lead. This game looks like it's following the development philosophy of "hey guys, this thing has been in Uncharted games, right?"

Congratulations Sony Bend, you just sold me a Vita

It looks awesome, but there were a few points I saw that could use major work. Like blindfire for instance. Doesn't look as fluid. Still great though.

Is that REALLY seriously the name? Not that the name would ruin it. Its probably a great game but I can't help but read it as Golden Piss.

Not after the U3 Beta, this game seems more like U2

looks good... maybe not naughty dog good... but I'm still very interested

What's behind the corner? A stack of boxes...

Also I actually want a vita less now...when I was ready to get one day one before.

I love uncharted but I think that no game could justify the Vita's existence...
