Warface Is a Fairly Hilarious Name for a Video Game

It's nice to see a fov defaulted to 80ish. This is something I would never have appreciated 4-5 years ago when I was way into consoles, but a high fov makes a huge difference. I hope one day 90 becomes the standard, because nothing bothers me more than playing a fps where the gun takes up the entire bottom of the screen.

We PC guys love to actually have FOVs that match our aspect ratios. 16:9 should be about 116 degrees to appear natural!

If this looks and plays half as good as the trailer makes it seem, then I'm kinda impressed, considering it's a F2P game. Unfortunately, the modern military setting makes it look awfully generic.

So basically the whole game is the co-op mode from Resistance 2, only you have to pay or grind like a madman to get decent weapons/armor.

I'm curious how this will compare to other F2P shooters out there - notably Blacklight.

Looks pretty nice, animations seem really fluid.

Good to know you've played it either way, though just for reference there's usually no minimum amount required in free to play games, hence the name.

Scratch that. Scratch all of those past games. This right here literally felt like an MW2 trailer from mid 2009. The creators of CRYSIS now bringing you f2p Modern Warfare 2 clones.

Crytek is a lost cause.

Not something I'm interested in, but at least there's two good things, it's free, and it has pretty nice visuals.
