    Overview

Wirehead was developed by The Code Monkeys and MGM Interactive for the Sega CD; the game was published by Sega and would be one of the last games for the system. The game was only released in US.

The actor who plays Ned (Steve Witting) has been in various TV shows but is most likely recognizable for being in the Stride Gum commercials; he also had a minor role in Batman Returns.

    Gameplay

Wirehead is an FMV game in which you control Ned Hubbard escape thugs and save himself and his mentor. The way players control Ned is unique; he has an implant in his head which allows the player to tell him where to go. The game is very cheeky and through the majority of it you take unlikely paths and methods of travel such as a skateboard.
