They can be considered tomboys since mechanic is usually a male occupation.

The wrench wench is usually there to repair the player's stuff such as a personal vehicle. Usually this service costs money but can be free if the wrench wench is on the players team.
The wrench wench is usually visible in game or at least in cutscenes whose dress typically includes but not limited to gloves, work boots, and a hat. They typically carry around a wrench.
