I'd say Fable II because there are a lot of other shooters coming out, more than likely better than Far Cry 2. Also, Far Cry 2's much more likely to drop in price quicker than Fable II. You'll probably see it for $30 around Christmas time.
Im not wasting my money on a shooter now, Cause it will be WORTHLESS when Gears2 comes out. the online community will move on and youll have a wasted purchase
Man people get cranky about these questions i had the same problem with fable and dead space. Personally i would go with fable but if you are not much of an RPG fan wait for Fallout and get FarCry2 now.
