I think the worst one i have seen is ( one in the world ) on G.R.A.W. . Something like 7 points for that.

Lots of the hard achievements in The Orange Box give very few points. Then again there is 99 achievements in it.

I don't think you could get enough points for doing the 7 Day Survivor achievement in Dead Rising.

I would say the Pacifism achievement in Geometry Wars.

Any game with 0 point achievement(s).  I'd say Blue Dragon is a worse offender since you can go the entire game and only get 25 achievement points.
