Okay, serious question here.

Who exactly chooses the Xbox Original games at Microsoft? Does anyone have the slightest clue? How is the selection made exactly? Is it a committee decision?

Because if they release Zapper as an Xbox Original and then this:

It's like with the Virtual Console service, how they keep releasing shit-tastic games when Earthbound hasn't even hit yet, or Majora's Mask.

I'm thinking they are trying to help recoup some money on games that didn't do as well as expected. Or... just maybe it's easier to slip these games through for some reason (less costly, or less of a licensing pain).

The list of games attached to this concept is absolutely baffling.

I owned blowout for the gamecube, it was very repetetive but a half decent game.
