    Overview

    Yaag Rosch is a member of the Sanctum military and a recurring adversary in Final Fantasy XIII. He antagonizes and tries to kill the party three times. In each encounter, he pilots some manner of vehicle, most notably the Proudclad; a reference to a boss with the same name in Final Fantasy VII. Though Rosch shares an aesthetic resemblance with the Final Fantasy VII antagonist Sephiroth, he does not share his personality or megalomania. He only wants to protect the people of Cocoon from all Pulsian threats, including the threat supposedly posed by LIghtning and her allies.
