I just entered my codes and I'm downloading the content now. Each download is like 21 MB for the skins. The Catwoman Bundle Pack is 252.34 MB. I'm not sure how big the Iceberg Lounge Challenge Map is. Is this all not on the disc DLC?

Robin was like 210MB or something close to that too.

It looks like it, ive downloaded the cartoon skin, batman beyond skin, and the carnival map and they've all taken a couple minutes.

Much like the day one PhysX patch for the PC version of the original game, I suspect this is an effort to combat piracy and not give pirates that content. At least without making them wait/work for it a little. People might rip a console ISO of the disc and this way they don't get the 'bonus' content too.

How big is the retail disc? Maybe they had to push it off the disk?

Word. It's a serious "damned if you do, damned if you don't"/"can't please everyone all the time" situation for publishers.
