Call of Duty: Black Ops

This review is going to focus solely on the multiplayer of Call of Duty:Black Ops for the PS3 and is basied solely on my experiances.So what do i think of the multiplayer? well it follows the formula that most other COD games before it have and it also adds some new elements to the formula aswell such as new game modes and ect,but the core of the experiance should be fun gameplay! which in my opinion just barely holds up in this game.The gameplay is very glitchy espcaily with hit dectection i find myself getting more hit markers with a variety of guns than actual kills,on top of that it seems the developers didnt really balance the game out as some weapons and weapon classes can easily outgun each other.Killstreaks have been love or hate for me with COD games and in black ops its a hate! even though you can't use them to get other killstreaks they still add an overpowered element to the playing field (on top of the unbalanced weapon classes) and in some game modes like capture the flag they can be used to shut down the opposing team and elminate any chance of victory.The game modes themselves are good especailly team deathmatch and domination only problem is when you play a team based game mode with people you dont know everyone is playing for themselves which can lead to alot of lost matches and arguments.honestly i would love to give this game something far above 3 stars cause at times the multiplayer can be enjoyable but tha majority of the time between the various glitches and connection interruptions it can be VERY fustraiting and not worth the effort so i give it  a 3 my hope is that with time they can fix the mistakes they made with this game in the form of updates or a new COD but until then thats where i stand on that.
